‘TRAINER training’ –

Over the years it has become
more noticeable that more and more individuals are becoming ‘trained as
trainers’ in specific subjects (let’s say in xyz-therapy) and whilst some
of them may have had professional or adequate training in the ‘training of
people’ field, some have not. Training
others professionally is not simply
“Well I know my therapy or subject so I can show others how to do
it”. That, in my opinion – and I
have been trained professionally by the way - is not training in an ethical
and professional way, ie offering the best of training that you can to
others.
Many organisations that
offer ‘xyz-therapy trainer training’ state that “it is up to the new trainer to make sure
they are suitably trained in the art of training people, and that their
training is ONLY in xyz- therapy or xyz-technique”.
My ‘TRAINER
training’ fills that gap for those who have not had the opportunity to
undertake ‘ethical and professional training in the art of training
people’. It will help the individual to
understand the HOW and WHAT and WHY and WHEN of training. THEN they will be able to confidently ‘put
together’ their OWN workshops and trainings dealing with the WHERE and the WHO.
It covers 3-days of
