An ideal companion when travelling the globe or simply going over one time zone.
I have used this on numerous occasions when I have been to the States and have not ever suffered from jet lag. I just wish I had known about it when I went to Australia – a few weeks before I learnt about EFT!
The procedure is simple and involves tapping AND adjusting your
watch or clock as follows:
Whilst taking a deep breath in, keep tapping one specific point -
then breathe out slowly on that same point BEFORE moving to the next tapping
point
Travelling West to East: eg USA to UK
For each 2 hrs of travel covered, add 2 hrs on your watch or
clock’s current time (at that time) AFTER you tap the above points eg, you are travelling
from USA to the UK
ü it’s 11am when
you set out from the USA
ü you have been
travelling for 2 hours so far and so
ü at 1pm you begin
the tapping as above, and
ü at the end of
that tapping round you adjust your watch or clock to read 3pm
ü after another 2
hours travel time has passed and with your watch now showing 5pm
ü you repeat the
tapping procedure again and
ü at the end of
that tapping you adjust your watch or clock by adding another 2 hours onto it’s
current time so
ü your watch or clock now shows it is 7pm
etc
etc
until you arrive in the UK
Whilst taking a deep breath in, keep tapping one specific point -
then breathe out slowly on that same point BEFORE moving to the next tapping
point
Travelling East to West: eg UK to USA
For each 2 hrs of travel covered, take off 2 hrs on your watch or
clock’s current time (at that time) AFTER you tap the above points eg, you are
travelling from the UK to the USA
Ø it’s 3pm when
you set out from the UK
Ø you have been
travelling for 2 hours so far and so
Ø at 5pm you begin
the tapping as above, and
Ø at the end of
that tapping round you adjust your watch or clock to read 3pm
Ø after another 2
hours travel time has passed and with your watch now showing 5pm again
Ø you repeat the
tapping procedure again and
Ø at the end of
that tapping you adjust your watch or clock by taking off another 2 hours from
it’s current time so
Ø your watch or clock now shows it is 3pm yet again
etc
etc
until you arrive in the UK or wherever your
start destination was
Remember with each 2-hourly check to adjust your watch or clock accordingly.
